Surprise upgrade makes it special

We were welcomed with warm smiles and a fantastic surprise—a suite upgrade with a private pool! Rooms were even better than expected.

However, I did notice some areas for improvement, like the food variety which felt a bit repetitive after a few days.

Waking up to the sound of waves and watching breathtaking sunsets from the balcony made our stay special. The serene atmosphere truly captured the essence of a relaxing getaway.

This resort suits me perfectly with its fantastic amenities like 24-hour reception, various pools, and excellent dining options. The staff was helpful during my first stay, assisting with printing documents. I highly recommend visiting for a romantic escape!

My experience was marred by highly indifferent staff. Upon arrival, the wait to check-in was excessively long and the room was not properly cleaned. The dining options were disappointing, particularly with the quality of the food, which felt lackluster and repetitive throughout my stay.

The modern decor of the hotel was visually stunning, especially the inviting lobby area, which felt like a refreshing oasis. The layout made it easy for seniors to navigate the grounds without any hassle.

The beach area is nice, perfect for a relaxing day. Food choices at the main buffet are repetitive, causing mealtime boredom.

We had a lovely 4-night stay and really enjoyed the spacious room with a fantastic sea view and the delicious food at the snack pool area. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxation, and we loved the cozy vibe it offered. Only downside was the Wi-Fi could be a bit slow at times, but it didn't ruin our experience! 😊

The essentials, minus the fluff

The resort features five magnificent pools that invite guests to unwind, along with excellent service in the restaurant. Cleanliness around the activity pool requires attention, but overall, it’s a pleasant stay for couples.

My family and I chose this hotel to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, and it was a lovely experience. The view from our room was absolutely stunning, and the room itself was very spacious and comfortable, exceeding our expectations. We appreciated the warm welcome and a delightful surprise waiting for us in our room. However, we found the beach not to be as nice as we hoped, and the snack bar options didn’t quite suit our taste. All in all, we had a pleasant stay, but there are a few areas that could be improved.
